UX/UI Design for Booking Event App
Design Process:
1. AUDIT & UX ANALYTICS: ANALYSIS OF COMPANY’S CRITICAL GOALS, DIRECT AND INDIRECT COMPETITORS.
I analyzed potential users of the app - these are young people from 18 to 35 years old who have an average level of income, actively use social networks and apps, have an active lifestyle. Most of them are single young people or young couples without children. The app also has a section with family events, but it is targeted at a small segment of the potential audience.
3. USER INTERFACE DESIGN, INFORMATION ARCHITECURE, WIREFRAMING, INTERACTIVE PROTOTYPING.
I have developed a detailed user flow, the app has 5 sections - the main section "explore", friends, favorite events, gear shop and profile. The app has a user-friendly interface, a search bar with filters, the ability to save events to the wish board, share them with friends or on social networks. Also, the user can view the profiles of the hosts, write messages to them, find friends. Navigation on the site has been made as intuitive as possible for users; before using the app for the first time, the user will see several screenshots that introduce him the functions of app.
4. DESIGN SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION ( Moodboard.
UI-kit, style guide, Responsive Design,Handoff the design)
The design of the site is made in a modern style, with an emphasis on purple, a lot of bright details. The color purple was chosen because it contrasts well with white and also distinguishes this app from most others. App contains a lot of colorful photos of events, as well as a lot of thematic pictures that fill empty pages and help keep the user's attention.

Let's discuss your project:
The app is designed to work in the United States. The analysis of competitors revealed that similar event booking apps in USA cover a maximum of a couple of states, they also have a small set of functions and host small number of events an its varieties.
In addition, they have an unattractive interface and incomprehensible navigation for the user.
The main goal of founders was to create a platform where users can purchase tickets for different events, plan travel events, track upcoming events, create wishlists and share them with friends, as well as leave feedback and impressions through reviews. Furthermore users can purchase the gear for a specific event right here. There is a special website for vendors, the app is created only for buyers.
2. USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN: USER FLOWS, PERSONAS, USER SCENARIOS, USER JORNEY MAP.
The main problem of the client that I've solved is the lack of an app where he can watch all the events in his city - singles, family, concerts, hiking, master classes, and so on, which are collected in one place, be able to sort them, watch updates, fast and easy buy a ticket in the app without going to different websites
